Marzipan in Toledo (promo)

This week the Savory Road leads to Toledo Spain, where I found cookies, cakes, and candies made from Marzipan. We’ll feature the history of this delicious almond-sugar paste - and talk about convents where it’s made by nuns and sold in a very peculiar fashion.
